Course Cancellation by Gail
All courses require a minimum number of students to run. If a course does not reach sufficient enrolment, I will cancel the course and refund all payments in full. You may also choose to transfer your booking to another available course if you prefer.

How Refunds Are Issued
All payments are processed through PayPal. If a refund is due, it will be issued via PayPal back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

If You Need to Cancel Your Place
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me directly at gailsguidingconnections@gmail.com.

• More than 7 days before the course begins:
  You may receive a full refund or transfer to another course (subject to availability).
   
• Within 7 days of the course starting:
  Refunds are not available, as your place has been reserved and preparation has already taken place. However, you may transfer your place to another person if you wish.
   

Missed Sessions
Refunds or partial refunds cannot be given for missed sessions once the course has begun.

Transfers
If space allows, you may request to move to a different course date or topic. Transfers are offered at my discretion and depend on availability.
